Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the store, and we never sell your data.

• What we collect: Name, phone, email, address, order and payment references, messages, Wishlist and preferences, and device and cookie data. We do not store card numbers.
• Why: To confirm, deliver and support orders, prevent fraud, send offers if you subscribed, improve the store and meet legal requirements.
• Who receives it: Shopify, couriers, payment providers and banks, store apps, analytics and ad platforms such as Meta and Google, and authorities when the law requires. Data may be stored outside Pakistan.
• Fraud records: We keep records of refused parcels and false claims and use them to decline or restrict future orders.
• Cookies: Used for the cart, preferences, analytics and ads. Blocking them may break the cart.
• Marketing: Unsubscribe any time. Order messages are still sent.
• Retention: Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is kept only as long as needed.
• Your requests: Ask us to view, correct or delete your data. We respond within a reasonable time after verifying your identity and keep any records the law requires.
• Security: Access is limited to staff who fulfil orders. No online store is fully secure, so use a strong password.
• Age: 18 and above, or with a parent or guardian.
• Changes: The latest version on this page applies.
