Terms of Service

By using www.seoulmatepk.com or placing an order, you accept these terms and all our policies.

  1. Who we are: Seoul Mate Pakistan, selling skincare and cosmetics to customers in Pakistan.
  2. Eligibility: 18 or older, or with a guardian's consent. You are responsible for your details and your password.
  3. Orders: An order is an offer and is accepted only when dispatched. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion. Paid orders we cancel are refunded. Bulk purchases are by prior arrangement only.
  4. Prices and payment: Prices are in PKR with taxes included; shipping is shown at checkout. We accept COD and bank transfer, with a 4% saving on transfer. Transfer orders ship after payment is verified. Prices change without notice, and pricing errors do not bind us.
  5. Product information: Products are sold as supplied by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee that descriptions, images or stock levels are error-free. Nothing on our site is medical advice.
  6. Shipping and returns: Governed by those policies. All sales are final except as stated there.
  7. Site use: No fake orders, unauthorized access or copying. Our content belongs to Seoul Mate Pakistan; brand content belongs to the brands.
  8. Reviews: We may use reviews, photos and comments you submit or tag us in. Nothing false or offensive.
  9. Liability: Products are used at your own risk. We give no warranty on results or suitability. We are not liable for skin reactions, courier delay, loss or damage, or indirect losses. Our maximum liability is the price paid for the affected item. Your rights under Pakistani consumer law are not affected.
  10. Third parties: Shopify, couriers, payment providers and apps are responsible for their own services.
  11. Events outside our control: Customs or regulatory holds, import restrictions, supplier delays, strikes, natural events and outages. We refund affected paid items and owe nothing further.
  12. Fraud and misuse: We cancel orders, reject claims and block customers for fake orders, false claims, repeated refusals or unauthorized resale. You cover any loss caused by your breach.
  13. Law: The laws of Pakistan apply. Disputes go to our support first, then the courts of Punjab.
  14. Changes: We update these terms by posting them here. The terms on your order date apply.
  15. General: If one term is unenforceable, the rest stand. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it.
