Shipping Policy

We deliver across Pakistan only. Shipping is free over PKR 10,000 and Rs. 250 below it.

• Processing: Orders are confirmed by call or WhatsApp in 1 to 2 working days. Orders we cannot confirm are cancelled.
• Delivery: 2 to 4 working days in major cities, 4 to 7 elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees. A delay is not grounds for refusal or compensation.
• Priority: Orders of PKR 50,000 and above get priority delivery, tracking and 24/7 support.
• Payment: COD nationwide. Pay by bank transfer and save tax % on the COD amount. We may demand advance payment on high-value or bulk orders, or after a refused parcel.
• Tracking: Sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email at dispatch.
• Address: A wrong address or unanswered phone is the customer's responsibility. Addresses cannot be changed after dispatch.
• Refused or undelivered parcels: The customer pays courier charges both ways. Reshipping needs full advance payment. Repeat refusals are blocked.
• Risk: The parcel is your responsibility once the courier marks it delivered.
• Pre-orders and stock pre-orders ship on the date shown. For unavailable items we offer a wait, a replacement or a refund of that item.
• Unboxing video: Required for every parcel. No video, no claim.
